Senior Inspire Value Consultant

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Strategist for its Inspire Value – Australia & NZ team. The role involves supporting high-impact customer conversations, reframing technology discussions into strategic decisions, and aligning stakeholders around a shared investment narrative. The successful candidate will have experience in strategy consulting, value advisory, or related roles, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy consulting, value advisory, or related roles
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and credibly to senior stakeholders
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, value advisory, corporate strategy, or similar roles
• Strategic acumen: Analytical and financial experience with the ability to build compelling business and investment cases
• Strategic consulting toolkit: Exceptional skills to build relationships and influencing outcomes
• Adaptability: Ability to balance complex requirements, drive agreement across stakeholders
• Technology fluency: Experience with enterprise cloud solutions
• Industry expertise: Deep industry domain expertise in one or more industries
• Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across Australia & New Zealand
