Senior Linux Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Linux Automation Engineer to join our Systems Administration team within Global Cloud Operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the administration and operations of the global cloud infrastructure that runs our SaaS product.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Linux (RedHat and/or CentOS)
• 4+ years development experience with Python, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
• Practiced in AI-enpowered coding with tools such as Windsurf
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design patterns)
• Development experience on the ServiceNow Platform would be a big plus
• Experience with performance and availability monitoring, analysis, and configuration management platforms (e.g. Nagios/Icinga, Cacti, Ansible, Puppet, cfengine, chef, Splunk, Logstash) is desirable
• Familiarity with PostreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, or similar technologies; proficiency preferred
• Senior-level skills and experience with service troubleshooting in a production environment covering web front-end, Systems, Databases and Networks
• Understanding of ITIL v3 framework and how it applies to incidents, problems and change
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
