Data Quality Analyst

Data Quality Analyst role in ServiceTitan involves ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various data domains. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication to support a data quality culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience as data quality analyst.
• Strong SQL expertise for data querying, analysis, and manipulation.
• Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and a solid understanding of how to analyze and fix data quality problems in SFDC.
• Familiarity with the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process.
• Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex data quality issues; Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with tight deadlines in a high-growth environment.
• Solid understanding of data management concepts and database technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
