We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer to lead the technical aspects of our engineering team, focusing on responsive web application development, distributed systems, and process management.

Requirements

• 20+ years of industry experience
• 10-15+ years of experience on senior engineering roles
• Proven experience as a Principal Engineer, Staff+ Architect, or Director-level IC
• Deep domain knowledge in data architecture
• Strong system design skills
• Strong programming skills in backend languages
• Experience embedding analytics into product UIs
• Understanding of AI/ML and LLMs
