Solutions Engineer, Enterprise

ServiceTitan is looking for a Solutions Engineer to help acquire new customers by utilizing a blend of sales skills, technical software expertise, and deep understanding of customers' business processes. The ideal candidate will be able to distill complex information and concepts into simple, practical business context for prospects, and be motivated by complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Partner with Sales team to lead custom product demonstrations
• Support Special Projects for Enterprise Sales Team
• Collaborate with stakeholders in R&D, Sales, and Onboarding
• Enable new hires and internal teammates on product functionality
• Analyze customer compatibility with recommended product and/or features
• Reposition customer objections
• Maintain and update industry-specific scripts
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs
