Requirements
- Advanced degree in life science (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD)
- Over 7 years of leadership experience in a Global Patient Affairs organization
- Proven experience in Rare Disease / Rare Neurology patient affairs
- Relevant experience in R&D Patient Engagement
- Expertise in Patient Experience Data, Patient Preference Studies, Health Economics & Outcomes Research, and Real World Data / Evidence
- International experience with an understanding of different cultures and ways of working
- Collaborative mindset with strategic thinking ability
- Success in a complex, global, matrix organization
- Highly developed consultative skills
- Results-driven with a customer service orientation
- Clear understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements impacting Patient Affairs organizations
- Ability to travel internationally
- Fluent in English
