Requirements

• Advanced degree in life science (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD)
• Over 7 years of leadership experience in a Global Patient Affairs organization
• Proven experience in Rare Disease / Rare Neurology patient affairs
• Relevant experience in R&D Patient Engagement
• Expertise in Patient Experience Data, Patient Preference Studies, Health Economics & Outcomes Research, and Real World Data / Evidence
• International experience with an understanding of different cultures and ways of working
• Collaborative mindset with strategic thinking ability
• Success in a complex, global, matrix organization
• Highly developed consultative skills
• Results-driven with a customer service orientation
• Clear understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements impacting Patient Affairs organizations
• Ability to travel internationally
• Fluent in English
