This key role will lead the development and execution of market access strategies for US products, focusing on patient access, value proposition, and ensuring optimal performance within the US market. The VP will collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to drive growth and maintain a best-in-class, patient-centric organization.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop Market Access organization (National Accounts, Government Pricing & Contracting, Trade & Distribution, Managed Care Marketing, Patient Services).
- Understand and stay abreast of payer and channel landscape.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Lead and execute business plans.
- Understand the impact of health care reform and payer trends.
