You will accompany your customers in the long term, initiate changes, and optimize the use of established best practices like Scrum, ITIL, PRINCE2, DevOps, or COBIT. In your projects, you contribute to the business success of our customers every day with fire and expertise. You educate the employees of our customers in your projects with practical training and convey new knowledge with joy, which helps them to implement the projects successfully and sustainably.
Drive: You bring passion and fun, say your honest opinion, and have a strong desire to make a difference. You take on new tasks, topics, and challenges willingly.
Project experience: You have already worked in one or more companies in projects and know what makes projects successful, or you want to enter this exciting field.
Communication talent: You have it in you to inspire others and to make complex connections understandable. You recognize potential resistance sovereignly and bring the fine feeling with you to convert it into operational readiness.
Thinking together: You work independently, structured, and customer-oriented.
Expertise: Ideally, you already have some Scrum, ITIL, or other certificates that deal with business processes or project management. However, certifications are not a must - fit in with us, and we will make you personally fit for the job!
Flexibility and travel friendliness: Very good German and English skills, as well as a high willingness to travel, are of course self-evident, as we consult international teams and organizations nationwide.
