Mitigation/Construction Estimator

SERVPRO of FWB is looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and personable Mitigation/Construction Estimator to fill a multiple roles Reconstruction Project Manager or Mitigation Project Manager or Estimator. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, strong analytical abilities, possess a high attention to detail and truly enjoys providing superior service to external and internal customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years Estimating mitigation and reconstruction losses after water, fire or disaster damage
• Minimum of 2 years using Xactimate and working for a disaster restoration company
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills, with ability to learn new software
• Ability to work safely as defined by company safety standards and procedures
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
