Contents Crew Chief

We are seeking a Contents Crew Chief to join our team at Servpro of Santa Rosa County. As a Crew Chief, you will be responsible for coordinating, controlling, and performing work activities on contents projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. You will demonstrate the company's commitment to excellent service, fairness, and mutual respect.

Requirements

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Handle initial inspections, communicating with homeowners and insurance carriers, and overseeing the contents packing, moving, and cleaning processes
• Communicate clear expectations to contents technicians and supervise their activities
• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
