Job Description
We are seeking a Water Division Estimator to join our Franchise. As a Water Division Estimator, you will be responsible for making a difference in people's lives by helping them through difficult situations. You will be working with customers to establish relationships, educate them on the water mitigation repair and restoration process, and work with them to understand desired upgrades/changes.
Requirements
- 2 years previous restoration field experience
- 1 year previous restoration estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience
- IICRC WRT and ASD certified
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Advanced math skills
- Proficient use of XactimateTM estimating software
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team Player
- Good driving record
