Battery Product Development Leader

SES AI Corp. is seeking a Battery Product Development Leader to specialize in customer-facing product development across electrochemistry, materials science, and next-generation battery platform design.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrochemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Deep experience at a top management level or senior technical capacity in product platforms and leading OEM client projects.
• Strong background in electrochemical engineering, materials chemistry, and interfacial science within the context of next-generation battery platform development.
• Proven experience in technical roadmapping, and managing the critical validation stages from lab → prototype → customer testing.
• Proficiency in technical problem-solving, including DOE design and failure analysis for scaling processes.
