Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in customer success, user experience, or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Fluency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience with AI, voice/chatbot solutions is a plus
