Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager based in Dubai, UAE, to drive our sales initiatives across the GCC (excluding KSA). This is an individual contributor role focused on selling our Conversational AI and Intelligence solutions for Customer Service.
Requirements
- Proven B2B enterprise sales experience in AI, SaaS, or contact centre technologies
- Strong knowledge and experience in Contact Centre AI (capabilities, roadmap, and market trends)
- Demonstrated success building business through partner ecosystems and system integrators, plus direct sales when needed
- Established network and market visibility (e.g., relationships within Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or similar ecosystems)
- Arabic speaking, based in Dubai with deep knowledge of the GCC market (except KSA); strong English communication skills; willingness to travel as needed
