Job Description
SET is a management consulting boutique that advises clients in solving complex issues. As a Management Consultant, you will work with project teams to develop customer-specific solutions, manage work packages, and lead client workshops. You'll also contribute to the development of the company, including recruiting, marketing, and sales.
Requirements
- Successfully completed Master’s degree or comparable university degree, preferably with an economics background
- First practical experience through internships in management consulting, auditing, or in the controlling/finance area in industry
- Enthusiasm for communication, moderation, and discussion in client workshops, both in German and English
- Creative engagement in preparing presentations in a management-friendly manner
- Structured approach to complex issues
- "tinkerer's mentality" when it comes to IT-based questions
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
