We are looking for an Outside Sales Account Manager to drive revenue and growth in the Rocky Mountain Region, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure. Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within building systems, automation, HVAC, or a related technical field
- Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, CRM management, and value-based selling
- Elite time management skills with the ability to balance prospecting with active account management
- Mobility to travel within the designated territory to meet clients
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but high-level relevant experience and a 'can-do' mindset are valued
