Accounting Manager

Seven Seas Water Group is a portfolio company of EQT, a purpose-driven global investment organization. The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations for the AUC Group Division, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivables, and month-end closing. The position reports directly through the Controller and is based in Houston, TX.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or project-based environments
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• CPA preferred
• Public accounting experience preferred; Big Four or national firm experience a plus
• Excellent computer skills with advanced excel skills
• Experience with IFS (Company's ERP system) or other similar market leading ERP system (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP with experience in accounting research, including revenue under percentage of completion accounting and lease accounting
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work well with team members and other departments at all levels within the organization
