Engineering & Design Manager- Wastewater

Seven Seas Water Group is a portfolio company owned by EQT, a purpose-driven global investment organization. They deliver over 20 billion gallons of water to industrial, commercial, governmental, municipal, and hospitality customers. The Engineering & Design Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Engineering department.

Requirements

• Support EHS efforts to achieve overall business safety objectives.
• Manage the engineering and design teams to effectively design and produce project drawings and documentation.
• Prioritize workload based on company goals and priorities.
• Support business development activities by consulting with customers and customers' technical advisors.
• Serve as a technical resource for business development activities across Texas and other parts of the Country and internationally.
• Ensure that all work products are of the highest quality and are on time.
• Manage QA/QC within the engineering department to minimize project rework.
• Work with the Project Management and Construction Management teams to improve and standardize designs.
• Maintain a healthy work culture of performance, transparency, respect, and trust.
