Job Description
Seven Seas Water Group is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support the Legal and Compliance function, reporting to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer. The Paralegal will provide legal, compliance, and operational support across the company's multinational operations.
Requirements
- High school degree
- At least 3 years of experience as a Paralegal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with contract administration, corporate governance, and compliance tracking
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Proficiency in document management systems and matter tracking
- Experience with intellectual property administration and outside counsel management
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
