Job Description
Join Severn Trent as a Change Manager and be responsible for the seamless delivery of technology initiatives. This role plays a critical part in enabling pace, clarity, and flow across customer experience delivery. The position is based in Coventry and offers a flexible working arrangement with the possibility of working from home.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering impactful technology initiatives in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work confidently within established governance, risk, and financial frameworks.
- Experience in project leadership roles.
- Professional certifications such as MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Programme Management are highly desirable.
