Join Severn Trent's Design Team as a Design Manager and play a key role in delivering the company's capital investment programme. Lead a programme of design activity and an integrated team of design professionals to develop engineering solutions for waste treatment and bioresources projects.
Requirements

- Managing resources and having financial accountability for the programme of works
- Building strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Championing innovation and identifying opportunities for new processes and technologies
- Acting as a role model and promoting positive safety leadership within the organisation
