• Develop robust, fully costed business cases for key investment decisions.
• Use financial and commercial insight to guide effective project delivery.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead and motivate the project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate across internal teams and supply chain partners within integrated project teams.
• Keep customers at the heart of decision-making.
• Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure excellent planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
• Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
• Deliver work with precision and meet challenging deadlines.
