Activities Coordinator

Mentor Community Services is seeking an Activities Coordinator to conduct group and individual recreational activities for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, providing instruction and guidance to staff, and ensuring the care and safety of individuals served.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certification in Activity Coordinator preferred
• Two years' experience working with developmentally disabled adults
• Valid driver's license in good standing with car registration and vehicle insurance
• All state-required training and certification completed in mandated timeframes
• Reliable, responsible, and caring nature
• Strong organizational and communication skills
