Job Description
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support across Pediatric Partners clinics, supporting leaders, teams, and programs, and making an impact behind the scenes in a mission-driven organization.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years of administrative, office, or operations support experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with payroll, billing, or reporting systems preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
