As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will work with a dedicated team to provide assistance and strategies to individuals with behavioral challenges.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's in the Human Services field (Psychology, Social Work etc.) is a plus
- Experience in related field preferred
- Reliable Transportation, Driver's License and Car Insurance required
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
- A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance
