Job Description
Mentor South Bay provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. We're looking for a Bilingual Early Intervention Specialist to join our mission-driven team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Early Intervention, Early Childhood, Special Education, Child Development or Child Studies
- Experience with children under 5
- Fluent Spanish speaker
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Compassionate approach and commitment to quality
