Mentor South Bay provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. We are a mission-driven team dedicated to helping children, adults, and families reach their fullest potential.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification & LABA license (required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping individuals thrive.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
