Caregiver

We are seeking a Caregiver to provide assistance and strategies to individuals to help them live well in their community and environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management skills
