Clinical Coordinator

Mentor Community Services is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide services in residential, vocational, or in-home settings for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Clinical Coordinator will provide clinical and interpersonal support, ensure adherence to Individual Plans, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, and advocate for the human and civil rights of individuals receiving services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a human services field
• Two years of related experience
• Training in behavior modification techniques and/or experience providing behavior management treatment
• Knowledge of specialized populations such as individuals with a developmental disability, brain injury, or mental health
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• All state-required training and certification completed in mandated timeframes
