Clinical Supervisor

Mentor Maryland, a part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system. We help youth gain stability, comfort and confidence to overcome all challenges and live well. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will supervise and provide clinical supervision to licensed clinical coordinators, review treatment plans and clinical notes, establish liaisons with DSS and foster parents, and participate in meetings regarding program development and policies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work required
• Maryland Issued LCSW-C required
• Three years of related experience required, with one year preferred of experience in clinical supervision
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Demonstrated skills with Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources
• Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals
