Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisor position at Mentor Behavioral Health, a part of the Sevita family, providing Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Behavioral Health services to children, individuals and families. The Clinical Supervisor will supervise and oversee licensed therapists, service plans, and ensure quality diagnostic assessments and services. The position has growth opportunities to move up to a management level position.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with independent licensure from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapists Board.
• Three years of related experience with one year of experience in clinical supervision.
• Licensure and/or Certification as required by state.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources.
• Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services.
