Direct Support Professional

REM Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Direct Support Professional role involves providing direct support to individuals in residential settings or periodic programs, including socialization, health maintenance, medication administration, and skill/behavioral development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services preferred
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Car registration and vehicle insurance if providing transportation
• Working knowledge of computers
