Job Description
We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to provide community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will create relationships, motivate, and help individuals grow, learn, and live well.
Requirements
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- No High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
