Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Nursing to join our team at NeuroRestorative's Adolescent facility in Carbondale, IL. As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for improving and sustaining the superior performance of the facility, managing financial responsibility, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience working with medically complex individuals
- 1 year of experience in a leadership/management role
- Current state RN license
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships
