Family Centered Specialist

Join Mentor South Bay as a Family Centered Support Specialist and make a difference in the lives of children and families. As a member of our mission-driven team, you will work directly with children and youth, and their caregivers in homes and community settings, providing hands-on support and coaching to help families thrive.

Requirements

• Bilingual, Spanish/English, able to conduct all sessions and documentation needs in Spanish and English
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited institution (Bachelor’s preferred)
• At least 1 year working with children, adolescents, or transition-age youth in a clinical or community setting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel
