Foster Care Case Manager

Massachusetts Mentor provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements. The company is part of the Sevita family and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and families.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
• One year of work-related experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, youth placed at-risk, etc.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Licensure and training as required by state
