Foster Care Case Manager role with South Carolina Mentor, part of the Sevita family, providing Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth. Help youth gain stability, comfort, and confidence through personalized programming.
Requirements
- Coordinate services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments for individuals served
- Oversee services provided to individuals and families, ensuring quality of care and compliance with contractual terms
- Develop quality services and engaging activities meeting individual needs
- Build and maintain relationships with families and external case managers
