Group Home Manager

Pennsylvania Mentor, a part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system. The Group Home Manager facilitates the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP), supervises a team of Caregivers, and provides support to individuals receiving services.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year related work experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
