Job Description
Job Coach position available at Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, in Bakersfield, CA. The Job Coach provides coaching, feedback, and demonstration of skill development tasks to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The position involves matching individuals to employment or vocational opportunities, meeting with employers, and promoting communication with community contacts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Six months of experience in human services preferred.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing with access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
- Reliable, responsible, and caring nature.
