Job Description
NeuroRestorative provides rehabilitation services for people with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. LPN/LVN provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to individuals receiving services under the direction of an RN or physician.
Requirements
- Associates degree in nursing or related field or state certificate
- One year experience working with population served in a nursing capacity
- Current LPN/LVN licensure for state of residence
- CPR/FA and HIV/AIDS certification, BBP, and ACT training
