Job Description
Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide hands-on care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing or related field, or state certificate
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of Missouri
- At least one year of experience working with the population served in a nursing capacity
- Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Other certifications as required by state licensing regulations such as CPR/FA and HIV/AIDS certification, BBP, and ACT training
