Licensed Vocational Nurse

Mentor Community Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide nursing services, training, and supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves administering medications, providing medical treatment, and conducting assessments. The ideal candidate has an Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field, one year of experience working with the population, and current state LPN or LVN licensure.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or related field
• One year of experience working with population served in a nursing capacity
• Current state LPN or LVN licensure for state of residence
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Other certifications as required by state licensing regulations
