Job Description
Pediatric Partners provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for children and young adults. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy, as well as augmentative and alternative communication. We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home therapy and empower families.
Requirements
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services in home settings
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans
- Recommend adaptive equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team
