Job Description
Join REM Community Services as a Program Director to manage the day-to-day operations of one to four programs, oversee staff members, and implement program planning to ensure consistent and engaging services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach
