Program Director

Mentor Community Services is seeking a Program Director to manage the day-to-day operations of one to four programs in a community, including direct supports, person-centered planning, and implementation of services. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
• Effective communication skills
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
