Program Services Clinical Coordinator

As a Program Services Clinical Coordinator at Sevita, you'll coordinate services, case management, and treatments for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll build relationships with families and external case managers, and work with a dedicated team to make a difference in people's lives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
• One year of work-related experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Licensure and training as required by state
• QMRP/QIDDP as required by state
