Program Specialist

Mentor Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for operational management and delivery of quality services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Registered Nurse
• Minimum one year of experience in the care of adults with impairments
• Two years of managerial experience
• Two years of experience working with adults in a health-care setting
• Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to quality care
• Competence in CPR and First Aid
• Physical in the past 12 months with TB test
