Job Description
Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Program Supervisor, you'll lead a team that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independent and fulfilling lives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience in lieu of education
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example
