Program Supervisor

Mentor Community Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to join their mission-driven team. The role involves supervising a team of Caregivers, facilitating Individual Service Plans, and providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year related work experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
