Program Supervisor

Mentor Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Program Supervisor, you will facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans and supervise a team of Caregivers. The role involves providing direct support to individuals receiving services, facilitating community involvement, and participating in administrative duties.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year related work experience
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
